REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to love every order. Because we serve freshly prepared food, this policy explains how we handle food orders, merchandise, and gift cards.

Food & Beverage Orders Due to their perishable nature, food and beverage items cannot be returned. If something is wrong with your order — it arrived incorrect, incomplete, or below our quality standard — please contact us within 24 hours at foxjeran@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will make it right with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Order Cancellations If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once food preparation has begun, we may be unable to cancel or refund the order.

Merchandise Unworn, unused merchandise in its original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email foxjeran@gmail.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Gift Cards Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please check your order on arrival and contact us right away at foxjeran@gmail.com if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve it.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received an approved refund within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank or card issuer first, as processing can take additional time. If you still need help, contact us at foxjeran@gmail.com.
